I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as a UESCA Certified Run Coach. I am extremely passionate about helping people achieve all their health and wellness goals and become the strongest, most confident version of themselves! Whether you're a beginner looking to train for your first 5K race or an experienced athlete looking for a more structured workout plan, I'll work with you to create the best program for your specific goals and be there to support you every step of the way!
